All prices reflect the cost of the bag and shipping to the 48 Continental United States. We package our bags in the most protective way in order to get them to you in tact. The bags come in a cotton cover in order to protect the outer fiber of the bag and ship with tissue on the inside to preserve the shape. Bags ship from Detroit or Chicago.

Although we do not accept custom orders at this time, we welcome customers to contact us with inquiries of our current inventory. If we have a "work in progress" that matches your taste we can work together to fill that order.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not common. Contact us if you have received damaged merchandise or if there was a mistake in your order.

We accept international orders but we must charge additional shipping. We apologize for the extra cost but will contact international customers after sales are made.

Michigan residents are subject to a 6% sales tax on all orders.

Do not wash bags. Gently rub with washcloth to rid debris or dirt from surface of bag. Keep bag away from house pets (cats, dogs) as the animal fibers (wool/leather) may be destroyed.
